This Saturday (10/19): Bethesda Anthropologie Pop-up!

I’m very excited to be part of the Bethesda Anthropologie’s first birthday celebration! Come see me from noon to 4pm—I’ll be there with prints, a small run of DC cactus flag bags, and cards, along with other local artists! The store will also have sips, sweets, and daily raffles all weekend long.

Can’t wait to see you there!

DC Design Week Pop-up Shop Block Party

I’m very excited to be included in this year’s DC Design Week pop-up shop at Cherry Blossom Creative, in partnership with The Neighborgoods. I’ll have three mental health lettering prints available during the pop-up. The pop-up is kicking off with a fun block party—click here to RSVP. Hope to see you there!

Be there when the Pop-Up pops off!

The DCDW Pop-Up Shop is taking over Cherry Blossom Creative and The Neighborgoods and filling this amazing space with items made by your fellow makers and designers. Come and celebrate the DC design community at the Block Party and get first dibs on the awesome goods for sale at the Pop-Up Shop!

We’ll have official DCDW swag, cold beers, snacks, letterpress poster printing at the neighboring Typecase Industries, and the opportunity to put your money where the art is by supporting creativity sourced from the city we call home.

Don’t miss it, because supplies won’t last!

Night Market at Tiger Fork

  • Google Calendar ICS

Join us for Tiger Fork's last Night Market of the year! Tiger Fork will host a variety of food and drinks stands throughout the restaurant along with a DJ to keep the energy going all night.

Guest chefs Kevin Tien of Himitsu and Tae Strain of Momofuku CCDC will host their own food stands serving specialty dishes as well as Caroline Yi of Sunday Morning Bakehouse who will feature seasonal baked goods. Guests can taste a variety of spirits including Bluecoat Gin as well as Widow Jane Apple Rye while Tiger Fork’s beverage director, Ian Fletcher, will feature his Traditional Chinese Medicinal cocktails.

Traditional Chinese market items will be sold, like specialty candies, fruits, trinkets, jewelry, herbs and gifts. I’ll be there doing a live painting and will be selling prints of some of my favorite D.C. illustrations, and a DJ will curate a fun playlist throughout the night. No ticket or reservation for the event is required, as all offerings will be first-come, first-served.

Hope to see you on the 27th!
